About the pianist, Annette Yashpon
Versatility and enjoyment take precedence for the English pianist who has trained at the piano since the age of four. Her delight with her instrument is remarkable as she effortlessly moves between first-rate and captivating classical music, film themes, well-liked songs, blues, ragtime, boogie and even her own compositions. Already at the age of 17 she had qualified with a distinction in her Grade 8 piano exams. She performs her extensive repertoire of a whole range of styles off by heart and puts together an individual programme according to each particular occasion and personal preference. Thanks to her many years of experience she can offer musical enjoyment of the very highest level at private parties, for example; birthdays, weddings and dinner parties, as well as at business events, including all kinds of galas, celebrations and presentations. Her offer includes either a complete concert and/or background music, as is wished for. She performs as a pianist not only in her current home city in Berlin but also further afield in Germany and abroad. A piano CD of her own compositions – in the style of Easy-Listening/Film Music – appeared in retailers in 2009.
